Urban Green Email Marketing

The Challenge

Urban Green Furniture is an NYC based furniture manufacturer who delivers sustainable furniture and fixtures for the interior market. Their quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and choice of materials make urbangreen furniture timeless and a go-to source for FF&E.

Wanting to find a way to inform their customers about their new Manhattan location grand opening, Urban Green Furniture tasked Bizop to engage their 10,000 subscribers and get them signed up to attend the event.

The Solution

Bizop, Urban Green, and SSR Digital Group came together to figure out how to incorporate all of these elements into one email campaign.

Our team tackled the issue by creating a custom email design, and managed development, implementation, and publishing. The newsletter consisted of A/B tested subject lines, an interactive signup funnel, and unique exclusive messaging to allow for better open and click-through rates.

The Result

As a result, this email marketing campaign successfully achieved a 41.2% open rate and a 11.3% click-through rate– which is 19% and 8% over the industry standard, respectively – with 52 total subscribers signing up for the event.

Readers enjoyed the personal touch of a “exclusive event” concept– helping Urban Green foster a sense of intimacy and brand loyalty with their readers.
