Kirei Craft CMS Website Design & Development Implementation

The Challenge

Kirei USA has brought functional, eco-friendly acoustic design solutions to architects, interior designers and end users since 2003. This California based company was founded on the concept of incorporating beauty with sustainability and functionality through a series of design elements that utilizes rapidly renewable and recycled raw materials.

After a designer focus group, we were informed by participants that Kirei’s website design was difficult to navigate, the method of ordering EchoPanel samples was inconvenient, and that there was an overall lack of crucial information on their acoustic products that designers needed to make important decisions.

The Solution

We recognized that the root issue lied within the overall UX design & functionality of the website, and our team of web designers met with Kirei to determine the necessary process designers take to specify a product. We modified their website by creating a custom website design with prototypes, code development and implementation into their Craft CMS.

The Result

As a result of our modifications, Kirei saw a 17% increase in samples requested within the first 3 months after our custom design and implementation. The following web pages were redeveloped: home page, acoustic solutions page, all product pages, request a sample page and the downloads page.

Kirei Inbound Marketing

The Challenge

With so many Kirei product lines available and design expos happening left and right, Kirei needed a way to broadcast their brand and their experiences to a relative audience from inbound as well.

They ultimately desired to improve their organic reach and traffic by implementing bi-weekly blogs to inform architects and designers about acoustic related news.

The Solution

After getting together with Kirei to discuss feasible options, we proposed our inbound marketing services which entail 2 unique blog posts a month, strategy, planning, content creation, and publishing.

The Result

Inbound marketing proved to be an effective solution for Kirei. Aside from creating one-of-a-kind acoustic panels, our team helped them generate the inbound traffic and leads that they desired.

Over the course of the inbound blog campaigns to date, in conjunction with SEO, Kirei has successfully increased their blog traffic by 62% and has increased leads generated from blogs by 42%.

Kirei Social Media Marketing

The Challenge

Finding the right approach to their social media was something Kirei couldn’t quite grasp without our assistance. Designing green and beautiful is something they’ve been doing since their inception, and they wanted to find a way to share that vision within their online audience.

Kirei sought to improve their social media reach and to boost brand awareness. They also wanted to better utilize existing social platforms through a uniquely tailored, holistic marketing strategy.

The Solution

Kirei is the Japanese word for beautiful, and we took this translation into consideration while conceptualizing their content. Not only did their content have to be captivating, but the overall brand look had to match the beauty of their products.

Bizop took on Kirei’s social content creation on their social platforms: Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin, as well as implemented community management strategies on Instagram.

The Result

Over the course of the social media campaign to date, Kirei has seen a significant increase in organic social traffic by 150%, a 717% increase in Pinterest engagement, and a 220% increase in Instagram engagement. Kirei Email Marketing
& Automation

The Challenge

By providing sustainable acoustic design products, Kirei was able to break the walls of the design world and identify itself as an aesthetically pleasing, functional brand. Although their clients resonate with their values, they were having difficulty converting their email subscribers into buyers.

Kirei was looking to incorporate high-quality monthly newsletter emails for their subscriber list of 15,000. They desired a fresh, new approach to their newsletter campaigns and designs, as well as thorough A/B testing to ensure future progress.

The Solution

Given these issues, our team provided email copy, designed and developed new templates, strategized email campaigns, enforced Hubspot implementation, and tested out various email subject lines. We did our best to reflect Kirei’s dedication to beauty and sustainability in our work, retaining their voice and abiding by their clean, minimalist aesthetic.

The Result

With our custom-designed monthly email newsletters, Kirei noticed a spike in their average open rate. To date, these email campaigns currently have an average open rate of 30.7% and a click-through rate of 5.9%, which is respectively 8% and 3.5% over the industry standard. This increase helped in ultimately transforming Kirei’s readers into valuable conversions.

Kirei PPC Advertising

The Challenge

EchoPanel is a fun, dynamic design material that has become a great resource for designers, however Kirei’s paid advertising campaigns were bogging them down. Kirei found themselves in a situation where their previous advertising campaigns were costing too much and yielding minimal results. They aimed to improve their reach and immediate engagement by optimizing Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest ad campaigns.

The Solution

With the expensive advertising campaign producing inadequate results, Kirei sought to change things immediately– Because in all honesty, no one wants to pay for a service that doesn’t deliver. The Bizop team got together with Kirei to find a solution that would meet their expectations.

In response, our team developed a Pay-Per-Click campaign strategy through planning, design, implementation and optimization of their FB, Instagram, & Pinterest ad campaigns.

The Result

Over the course of the PPC campaigns to date, Kirei has increased leads generated from social ads by 225%, and a reduced average cost-per-lead acquisition by 60%. This significant increase in leads has helped Kirei’s growth, further extending their reach to their target market.

Kirei Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

The Challenge

While Kirei made their own strides in the design industry, they were struggling to find more organic exposure online.

Kirei noticed stagnant growth within their organic search channel and was looking to utilize Bizop’s SEO services to help improve their rankings regarding valuable keywords. Ultimately, they sought to extend their reach to their target market and to put Kirei on the map.

The Solution

In order to address this pressing issue, we completed an SEO audit/strategy/roadmap and developed On-page SEO optimizations, Off-page link building, and backlink submissions. Doing so proved to be a significant boost for Kirei, in addition to a job well done on our end.

Over the course of the SEO campaign to date, Kirei has seen an increase in total organic traffic by 22% and total organic leads generated by 14%.
